Each event should answer the following questions

What are the venue requirements (some are specified in the rules)
What Officials are needed for each event (some are specified in the rules)
What practice space or route information is needed (some are specified in the rules)
What communication is required? (some is specified in the rules)
What volunteers are needed and how will you communicate with them
